Sushi Suspected: ER Visit - Safeway, Sacramento California

Everything was good, even the sushi until it wasn’t …. I woke up the next morning in excruciating pain. Sweating profusely with chills, vomiting and diarrhea. It was like the worst flu I ever had. I waited it out all day thinking I was just coming down with something. I ended up being so uncomfortable because of the stomach pin that I went to the er two days later after the symptoms would not subside and I started to faint. That was my final straw. The er ran tests and did a cat scan to show that I was suffering with colitis which they said almost definitely came from food poisoning. Sushi was the last thing I had eaten before I got sick. Nothing after that. I’m positive that something in the AFC sushi was contaminated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
