Bought and cooked El Monterey Chicken Enchiladas from the frozen section. Woke up at 3AM with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting and all over body aches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache

This happens with this style of product when the freezer either fails for several hours, or the product is otherwise allowed to thaw and refreeze. I had the same thing happen from a frozen “Del Real” package I took straight home and cooked. I was even “seeing green.”
