I purchased the Salmon with Lemon Cappelli with a date of April 29 2025. I ate it on 27th of April and within 4 hours of consumption I had severe pain and cramping in my stomach pluses nausea. It was stored promptly and properly at home. Refrigerator at 34 degrees. Cooked in microwave as per package directions. I tried 25 MG of Benedryl which has given no relief. I am left to assume that some problems with the preparation or storage of the food prior to purchasing may be the culprit.It's been 16 hours of feeling miserable and no relief in sight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

why would you take benadryl and expect it to work when it isnt intended to treat any of your symptoms?
