On January 5, 2019, my son and I walked to the local Safeway. They have a hot wings bar and we purchased a few. I also decided to purchase a small amount of The broccoli salad from the deli. The next morning I became terribly ill. I felt weak, began vomiting, and had chills. It would subside and restart. I was desperate to find relief and I soaked in a hot bath for about an hour. Some relief came. I was very fatigued but managed to drag myself to work. Mistake. About three hours into work I began to have chills and began to have severe shaking which was literally uncontrollable. I rested on my office floor while my co-worker covered me with her heavy coat. My husband picked me up from my office and drove me to urgent care. 101 fever, negative for flu, dehydration, abdominal pain. I continue to feel fatigue and my digestive track is completely out of whack. Still light abdominal discomfort, no appetite and fatigue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Other, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Shaking, Loss of Appetite
