A roast beef cut for sandwiches from the deli . I had some roast beef lunch meet by it’s self the night before . Went to bed and woke up running to the toilet . Nothing but water and diarrhea coming out . Went to lay down and felt nauseated. Dozed off and woke up right away . Less then an hour. And felt something coming out through my pants! So I ran to the toilet and again . This happen a third and fourth time . I started to feel week so I tried to take in as much water I could handle . I’m still having stomach pain and diarrhea. . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
