Frozen Meal Illness Report - Safeway, Warrenton Virginia

I had eaten a microwave meal made by Amy's Kitchen. It was the chili rellano casserole. Im not sure if the handling of the frozen food was stored properly and went bad. ( such as thawed and refrozen)
I had severe vomiting and malaise for 24 hours. I couldn't hold down a single speck of food and got sick every 30 minutes till exhaustion. I took a Zofran for nausea and that didn't even work. Then the next day I slept all day and still recovering. Next time I'm hesitant to ever buy that product again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
