I ate a grilled cheese sandwich with fries and a drink. I ate lunch around 2-3 and I had diarrhea bad around 4:30 5. My stomach hurt from 4-6. Felt like I as going to vomit but didnt | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
