Wife ate exactly same thing as me for 2 previous days, only difference being a Sainsburys ready meal carbonara and a glass of Sainsburys fresh aisle mango and orange juice. Meal prepped per instructions and piping hot, both within use by date.
Since 1am had been violently vomiting with diarrhoea and temp of 39.2.
Hospital have diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Gas
