Tuna Illness: Nausea, Vomiting - Sainsbury's, England

Bought a 4 pack of princes tinned tuna chunks from Sainsbury’s cambridge. Had my first bite of the tin and thought it tasted slightly different to usual. However in my 28years of regularly eating tinned tuna I’ve never had any sort of poisoning. Sadly, after about an hour of consuming I began feeling nauseous, which continued the rest of the afternoon. When I got home at bout 17:30 I then began to get painful cramps in my stomach as well as chills. At about 19:30 (7 hours later) I then threw up very aggressively 5 times. Still have chills and a bit of a headache but slightly better and less burpy. I am extremely confident it was the tuna. . It was a Sainsbury’s Uber eats delivery by my colleague. I do not know the exact Sainsbury’s in cambridge. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
