My son got food poisoning on 3/9/26 from eating Artic Fish Smoke Roasted Salmon Bites purchased at Sam's Club in Des Peres, MO. The package has Lot 020K2602S (or the number 5 on the end). I reported it to the club, they said they would resolve the issue in 72 hours, too long to stop someone else from buying the product. I tried to report it to the county health department but was on hold for 15 minutes and was disconnected. Symptoms stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
