Romaine lettuce hearts, I ate salad made with Pacific romaine hearts that I purchased on Saturday, October 22,2022. I ate it at 10:30 pm. At 10:50. I began feeling nauseous. At 11:30. I began vomiting. The vomiting contained lettuce an cucumbers the only ingredients in my salad. I bought 2 bags with six hearts each from here. I feel awful. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
