3 years ago reported by user-hrbkj889 business

Sam's Club, South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, TX, USA

4833 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, 78411 Texas, United States

On April 26, 2022, my wife ate a 20 ounce can of Dinty Moore beef stew. After 10 minutes following the meal, she began having symptoms of bloating, nausea, cold sweats, diarrhea and severe cramping. I administered Imodium and had to repeat x3 doses. These symptoms lasted 5-6 hours. She had relief after the third dose. However, She continues to have mild cramping the following morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Cramps, Sweating
