Ready cooked Dumplings. Two of my 3 children got dumplings from here from the deli area. They ate the entire 6 in a package as their lunch. Roughly 6 hours later they started throwing up and had diarrhea. Everyone else in Our family was fine. My husband pulled packaging out of trash and sure enough they were already expired by a few days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
