The only thing he ate thst was the same on both Monday and Wednesday was a bowl of Lucky Charms. It happened to My 7 year old grandson threw up and had diarrhea after eating Lucky Charms cereal on Monday and Wednesday April 4 and April 6. I had purchased a 2-pack of the cereal from here. I still have both boxes, but one is open and the other is still sealed. , | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
