Bought the spinach blueberry walnut salad and it was within date of eating. I ate some of it at work the next day and started having loose stools within 30 minutes. By early (3 am) the next morning I had nausea and diarrhea. Fever of 101 kicked in by 12 noon with vomiting. Day 2 - fever gone but drained and very little loose stools now, with hours between episodes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
