I ate packaged salad ,southwestern salad mix. 3 hours later the vomiting occurred. I have been nauseous ever since 7 hours later. I am not 100 percent sure. I have eaten these salads in the past with no issues. Just want to let someone know in case there is another tainted lettuce outbreak. I have not vomited again since all the salad was expelled. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
