I had the Samurai Roll sushi while on a date with my girlfriend. Later that night i started feeling nauseous and then began to violently throw up all night and went to the ER at 6 in the morning. Doctor told me to expect diarrhea and boy was he right. I also had the worst cramping leading up to the diarrhea. Behold, 15 second explosive farts and diarrhea that lasted for 6 days. This is the worst i’ve ever felt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
