After checking into my Castle Suite, I went to the Ocean Bar to get one rum and coke. After enjoying the drink and the beautiful sea view from the bar, I went to my room to begin to unpack. About 20 minutes after getting to my room I became violently ill. I vomited a couple dozen times that afternoon and evening... I couldn't keep any water down. It felt like a chainsaw was going through my stomach. I requested to speak with the doctor on staff and I received a call in the room from someone stating they were the doctor. I explained what occurred and she advised I had too much to drink and disconnected the call. I called the butler twice, but no one responded. I ended up going to one of the shops in Sanctuary Town myself and buying Pepto for $18 USD. I vomited several times on the walk there and back. It took several days for me to begin to feel better. I won't be returning to the Dominican Republic. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
