Sushi Illness, Seeking Answers - Hotel, Castries Castries

27th Jan 2024 had sushi from Soy restaurant. 28th Jan - 29th Jan has watery, bloody diarrhea, nausea, bloating, and fatigue. Received medical treatment 28th Jan but onsite doctor would not diagnose a specific condition. Received electrolytes and antibiotics (??). Gastro intestinal incident report completed (by myself) 29th Feb but no evidence this was submitted by the onsite medical staff. 2nd Feb, nausea only remaining symptom.
