That day we had been to Saona beach and ate from an outdoor bbq We just got back yesterday from punta cana. We were staying at a very good resort On Thursday night after dinner my husband felt chills and we went to the room instead of going to any of the music activity. He later had a fever and vomiting., That night we also had a great japanese food | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Chills
