I was doing well at my resort where I stayed at the Iberostar Selection Bávaro. Yesterday my friends and I went on a day long excursion to Saona Island and I saw that there was poor sanitation, the food, the drinks. my friend reported that the shrimp had not been properly cleaned and prepared. Before I left the island I was sick. I’ve been sick for over 12 hours with stomach cramps & diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
