Saona Island Food Sickness - Saona Island, Punta Cana La Altagracia Province

Took the trip two days ago. Vomiting, diarrhea and nausea all day yesterday and still ropey this morning. We think the food on Saona Island. Chicken or pork. My wife mainly had stomach cramps after she had been sick, whereas I was still sick in the middle of the night after trying to eat some crisps. We called hotel reception at 7:15pm and ordered water, to keep us hydrated, yet none came, and we were both too ill to go down and get some. Also not happy with the hotel as they should have a duty of care. | Symptoms: Cramps
