- comments: found no certified food manager on duty while (tcs foods) are prepared and served and city of chicago sanitation sanitation certificate posted. Instructed a city of chicago certified food manager must be on site at all times (tcs foods) are being handled,prepared and served and post original city of chicago sanitation certificate as required. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012,no citation issued.

5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: found in-complete vomiting and diarrheal kit. Instructed to provide complete kit as outlined in policy (disposable mop and appropriate sanitizer/spray effective against norovirus). Priority foundation violation 7-38-005, no citation issued.

- comments: observed no hand soap in soap dispenser above the hand sink in wash room. Hand soap must be available and maintain hand sinks equipped at all times. - comments: instructed to detail clean manual can opener and housing attached to prep table to remove encrusted dried up food debris and to maintain.
