Symptoms sound like Norovirus. Not exactly sure where we got: either from water at the beach while surfing or 1 of 2 restaurants, or pre-packaged, pre-washes Earthbound brand lettuce (bought from mega mart in Puerto Vallarta. 4 out of 6 of us came down with cramps and diarrhea but only one also had nausea and vomiting. Sickness hit 3 persons on night of 12/21 and 4th person on night of 12/22. Not sure exactly where we got it. Not sure exactly where we got it. Ocean, Chili Relinos or boxed/pre-washed Organic Farms lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
