Food poisoning of Swiss resident of Geneva from the plant-based Red Thai curry served on SBB train No. IC520 that departed Biel at 13:16 on 30 November 2022. Three days of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Became so weak I could hardly get out of bed. SBB train staff said curry dish was last one they had. My illness was likely the result of improper food preparation as the staff wete very busy and seemed to be running around without thinking. The vegetable curry and rice was warm when I received it, not hot. Poor service by SBB, which seems to be hit and miss as this is second time I got food posioning from a meal on train in about ten meals. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
