Resort was all inclusive so food was from the resort. Hard to know for sure as it could've been from food I ate on the way down, but seems odd. Secrets royal beach resort in February 2018. Had to be hospitalized while there on vacation. They gave me antibiotics IV line with some other medicines., there were 6 of us on the trip - I was the only one who became ill | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
