Spent a week there with no issues. Arrived back in the U.S. on Monday. Started severe cramping on Friday. Diarrhea started on Saturday and still going on (now Wednesday). Due to the delay in symptoms, I wondering if it isn’t parasitic in nature. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
