My service today was unacceptable. I ordered pick upthrough the app at 2:30 pm and arrived at the store at 2:45 when I received
a text that my foo was ready. I showed the employees my order number and
asked if the bag on the counter was mine. They did not check. 30 minutes
later I went back up and asked again where my food was and they ignored me.
I asked one more employee about where my food was and it had been sitting
on the counter for 30 minutes and was refused to be remade. After getting
to my apartment I saw my order was made incorrectly. 90 minutes later I got
very ill and am still waiting ill as I write this. I used to love shake
shack and speak very highly of the company. I am extremely disappointed at
the events that transpired today. I would appreciate a refund for my meal
at the very least and for you to investigate as to why I got so sick. Your
food was the only food I have consumed today. My order number from the app
