I had the Shamrock Shake. Less than an hour after that I started getting severe cramps. A few minutes later, I threw up three times. About another hour, I had diarrhea. It's now the next day, and I'm still cramping bad and it is very painful. I cant even eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
