I got the chocolate covered strawberries as a Valentine gift from my parents which was delivered to my dorm. By 3 am I started having diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, nausea. Lots of pain. Can barely walk I can’t eat and have to be in bed rest for 3 days. Went to doctor and they gave me a shot and some dissolvable meds. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
