I cooked the lasagna in the microwave per exact instructions then ate it. Within 15 minutes I began getting heartburn and the tomato sauce tasted bitter. About 5 hours after finishing said product I started to get uncontrollable diarrhea. Nausea started shortly after. I began having lower left abdomen pain and diarrhea continued for 3 hours off and on. Vomiting started suddenly without warning about the 7th hour after eating meal. Vomiting and diarrhea continued until there physically was nothing left to expell. Extreme abdominal pain continued until about 7 am the following day when it started to subside until completely gone. The headache and fever and chills lingered into the following day.. It's was from a Shaw's grocery store in Beverly Massachusetts 01915 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Fever, Headache, Chills
