left abdomen pain and diarrhea continued for 3 hours off and on. Vomiting started suddenly without warning about the 7th hour after eating meal. Vomiting and diarrhea continued until there physically was nothing left to expell. Extreme abdominal pain continued until about 7 am the following day when it started to subside until completely gone. The headache and fever and chills lingered into the following day.. eat one of the remaining two, and half-way through eating it, I noticed something green inside. I spread it open only to find it loaded with mold. I ended up in the bathroom about 15 minutes later with another bad case of diarrhea and nausea which still persiss 3 hours later. I went back to this location and reported it. They refunded me and gave me a 25 which is not worth 2 days of full sickness and now the beginning of my weekend.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

and didn’t like it so I threw it away. About an hour later I was hit with extreme nausea. I was nauseous for hours and at this point already felt like I needed to go to the ER. Eventually I threw up and thought I’d finally feel better, but I kept throwing up. I couldn’t keep any water down, or nausea medicine. I threw up a total of 4 times within 2 hours and had diarrhea at the same time. I was vomiting so hard I could feel something tearing inside of me so I knew I had to go to the ER. At this point it was night time, and I was throwing up and dry heaving all the way to my moms car and all the way to the hospital. Once I got to the ER they had to hydrate me, take my blood, and do a cat scan. I tore my esophagus from vomiting so hard. They made me drink some liquid to coat my esophagus and stomach and sent me home around 8am. I now have to take omeprazole and have GERD/indigestion regularly and occasionally have had to go to the ER for the severity of it. I will never eat any type of bacon egg and cheese ever again. I eventually fell asleep on the bathroom floor. I had ate other food that day, but I'm pretty sure it was there since symptoms began right after the consumption.
