Friday 4/12/24- I ordered a burger with lettuce , and some curly fries .

Within a few hours my food came up.
Later I threw up bile . I went to the hospital Sunday and they definitely said I had food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Bile
