Meatball Sub Illness: EMS - Sheetz, Gibsonia Pennsylvania

Ate 6 inch meatball sub with provolone cheese on Sun 7/16 . Around 3-4 hrs later became dizzy with severe nausea and vomiting which would not stop. Too dizzy to stand or walk, called 911 for EMS. Went to hospital for IV fluids and Zofran for nausea. Low grade fever with elevated WBCs. Diagnosed with gastroenteritis from food borne illness. I did a clear liquid diet for 2 days to recover. Never was so sick in my life. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Dizziness
