Tuna salad from lunch bar, I was the only one who ate the tuna salad for lunch and by midnite I was vomiting and had diarrhea for 5-1/2 hours. I finally stopped vomiting and managed to get some ginger ale to finale ease things a little. I had chills and a low grade fever. Three days later, now it’s Tuesday and I still can’t eat practically anything without feeling nauseous. This happened once before after eating sushi from their sushi station and I wound up in the hospital. My face swelled and I had severe vomiting. Needless to say, I will not be going back there ever again.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
