I made a salad at ShopRite salad bar around 4:00 pm on Thursday February 15,2024. Not thinking too much of it I picked through the romaine lettuce and spring mix because it was old and wilted. Looked like it had been sitting out all day. After eating 1/2 of it when I got home I was in the bathroom 2 hours later violently throwing up and stomach cramps so bad I would have called 911 if I had my cell phone on me. I layed there for 10 hours with diarrhea and vomiting the whole time. The next day could barely walk and 4 days later my stomach still hurts I am dehydrated and can barely eat anything but saltines. Worst experience of my life! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
