Ate YAKI Soba, Salmon Sashimi, chawanmushi and potato salad. went home and few hours later got awaken by nausea and started vomiting for at least 8 hours. Could not intake any water, had bouts of diarrhea. bad cramps and back aches all the way to my shoulders. Went into a state of confusion and was so tired I finally got to rest for a bit.
woke up to fever and chills. 2nd day now but still feeling very weak physically. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Confusion, Weakness
