Shrimp Dish Causes Illness - Shrimp pormadora, Lexington South Carolina

I live in maryland but was visiting friends for Fourth of July weekend. We ate here on July 4 around 8pm. I ordered the shrimp pormadora, I woke up at 1:30 am and have been vomiting, diarrhea, have a fever and feel awful. This was the only thing I ate that wasn't what we all had throughout the day. It's been almost 24 hours and I haven't felt any better. I hope they check their products and this doesn't happen to anyone else. It's miserable | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
