Ammonia Odor in Lobster - Side Street Cafe, Bar Harbor Maine

My lobster smelled like ammonia but I thought it was the cheese in the Mac and cheese thinking it had blue cheese. Turns out the entire lobster piece smelled like ammonia. I thought I threw up most of the food but I’m having abdominal cramping. I’m pregnant and in my first trimester and I am worried I could lose this baby.
