Prepared less than 10 slices of mushrooms that felt slimey, sauteing then in an omelette. Mushrooms came in a container covered in plastic wrap. Less than 20 minutes later I was nauseous, then started vomiting multiple times. About an hour later, I had diarrhea.They were Signature Farms Shiitake sliced mushrooms...5oz package.
I was sick immediately after and for several hours after, but I was ok by the next morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
