All of this happened today. I purchased a large meal of Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan and had it for both lunch and dinner. On both occasions, I consistently experienced an upset stomach and had to use the bathroom. Initially, I thought it might be something natural, but after dinner, it happened once more, and this time it was much more intense.
