My husband and I ordered the chicken schwarma fattoush salads at 7:30-8p. That night my husband had diarrhea. By midnight my stomach hurt so bad it woke me up. I threw up everything shortly after. Had diarrhea in the morning at about 7a. It’s 10:30a, I’m feverish and have chills but stomach feels better after peptobismol. Our daughter had chicken tenders and rice which both came out hot and she was fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
