Ate chicken wings from the hotbox. Purchased 7/6/2019 around 330p. Later that evening I began to have diarrhea. Was unable even drink water, because it came right out the other end in 15 min. Developed a fever chills, and was eventually treated with antibiotics, IV's, and abdominal spasm medication (severe abdominal cramps) at OU medical okc ER for diagnosis of bacterial food borne illness. Since this is the only place I ate at, this is where it came from. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Cramps
