Singapore Airlines, Flight 0322 from Singapore to London

Longford, TW6 England, United Kingdom

I took a flight number: 0322 from Singapore to London on the 19th March 2020. The last meal before landing I chose fish i took a tiny bite and it tasted awful so i left the rest, annoyingly I didn't notify a member of the crew as I wasn't sure if it was the sauce it came in. 12 hours later I had severe stomach cramps, aching body, Hot and cold sweats, vomiting and diarrhea. It got worse and worse so I spoke to a doctor who is treating me for Giardiasis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating, Body Ache
