Stayed in hotel Serino from 22 to 29 th March A hues also booked in with a Dying dog !! Came to the restaurant everyday urinate and was covered with excretion a terrible experience !A dying dog was booked in with its owner
And stayed in 411 I think for the wk
Came to restaurant area every day in the arms of its owner
Covered with excretion and urniated in the area !
Surely this room number should be
Closed !!
I was nauseated for the wk
Staff were informed daily !
Management do not want to hear about my concerns !! Plse advise

I wish to inform you that I have not been feeling well since my stay at Hotel Serino due to A Dying dog present a the Pool every day
This dog Urinated under my Sun Chair
And also Eccreted on my shoes and clothing under my chair
The owner carried this Dog through the Restaurant each day in his Arms I also pointed out this to Staff but was told they could do nothing and a b lot of other Customers were aware of this
I am now very concerned about the Room the stayed in !!
As dying Animal carry many diseases this room should be Closed for a period!!
I could not eat in your Hotel for the last last3 Days !!
As you can appreciate my Holiday was ruined
As you state your English is not very good
I’m very concerned for the Health & Safety of your Customers
However I will give you the

Update 2025, April 3rd:
I had further communication from the Hotel this morning which I find very distressing !!
I still consider it a very serious Healh&Safety issue !!
I took down my Review from Booking. com
But think now with their attitude. I may put it back up
Surely this premises need a visit for a Health Safety Officer .Plse advise
