ER Visit After Pizza - Sirrico's Pizza, Las Vegas Nevada

My wife and I ordered pizza around 730pm. Around 930pm both had violent vomiting, severe stomach pain in which we called hotel medical to have an ambulance take us to ER. Ruined our vacation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
