Had dinner at Sizzler on Sunday July 3,2016. Tuesday July5,2016 I woke up not feeling well. As the day went on things got worse. Started getting a fever of 100, headache, nausa, and then vomiting around 11:00pm Tueasday. Diharria was also present all day. I had the steak and all you can eat shrimp, pluse salad bar. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
