11/9/2021, Possibly Slim-Fast shake 1 hour after drinking it nausea started. Vomiting occasionally started several hours later. And again this morning.
Had one Slim-Fast Original (Cappuccino Delight) at noon yesterday. At about 1pm i got very nauseous, but didn't actual vomit until a couple of hours later. The shake had a weird flavor, but i thought that was because i don't usually have that flavor. That taste remained in my mouth all day. Nausea continues still, but i haven't vomited since this morning. It's currently noon. Diarrhea started today. No fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever
