Ate Wednesday the 22 at 10pm around 3:30am woke up sick throwing up diarrhea fever the whole nine yards. Last til Friday may 31st. 10 days of food poisoning sucks.

11/9/2021, Possibly Slim-Fast shake 1 hour after drinking it nausea started. Vomiting occasionally started several hours later. And again this morning.
