February 15, 2020. Had dinner at 5 p.m. there. I ate half of my cheese stuffed portobello mushroom. It's the only part I the meal my husband didn't eat and he did not get sick. I had my first bought of nausea and diarrhea about 45 minutes after leaving. 3 hours later another bought of diarrhea while I was out shopping. Now I've woken from dead sleep at 12:30 a.m. to severe vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
